The Sprint

3 days on site. I talk to your team and your customers, and read the offer, the team, the guests and the space alongside the P&L. You get a plan of what has to happen. The fee comes off whatever follows.

The Fix

Most consultants leave before Saturday night. I don’t. 2 or 3 days a week for 6 to 9 months, and I lead the plan through. Restructuring, operating rhythm, margin recovery, and the people decisions nobody has made. Full accountability, a checkpoint at week 4, and a date it ends on.

Board level

Most groups keep me on after The Fix. Non executive director or monthly retainer. Board meetings, the trading numbers, and the calls that get made in between.
